A main contractor does not need to be told what MDPE is. What matters is whether the water package arrives with the right accreditations, clears pre-qualification without a fortnight of chasing, turns up when the programme says, and does not generate an RFI every second day.
Cascade is LRQA WIRS-accredited to undertake eligible self-lay and contestable works within our accredited scope, and holds SSIP-recognised safety accreditation through SafeContractor, SMAS Worksafe and Acclaim, alongside Constructionline Gold and Achilles UVDB Silver Plus. That is the paperwork already done.
We self-deliver. Excavation, mains, ducting, connections, testing, highway works and reinstatement are all in-house, which means one point of contact and no gap between trades for a problem to live in.
